What is Bypass Fraud?

Bypass fraud is the most damaging and costly type of fraud that particularly affects countries where the costs of terminating international calls is much higher than a national call. Also known as ‘landing fraud’ or ‘grey routing’, this fraud is carried out through manipulating call records to be recognized as local calls.
